- Every person… Every soul… MATTERS!
- Every marriage matters. Every family matters. Every teenager and child matter. Every addiction can be healed. Every guilt and shame can be covered.
- We believe in a real heaven, and a real hell, and that everyone will spend eternity somewhere. We also know Jesus is the answer to eternity and to all of life’s problems.
- We just want to make Jesus famous.
- Our vision is to change the way people view church. As we grow in size our ability to grow in impact is magnified greatly.
- There is nothing more exciting, and challenging than being the church that God has called us to be. We can only be the church God has called us to be, if our church is full of people being the people God called us to be. I love seeing our church grow, it means more people are living out God’s purposes for their life.
- Church is relevant, God is relevant to life in 2010. I want as many as possible to see and experience this.
- I dont understand the whole small church mentality. Eternity isn’t going to be small, and while Im here I want to do all I can to make eternity even bigger. Jesus paid too high a price for us not to do everything we can to tell everyone. Satan is destroying far too many lives for us to want to keep it all to ourselves. Our Community Groups are “small”, our church is going to continue to grow!
- Not only has Christ made the ultimate sacrifice for people, Catalyst Church is full of people who have made, and continue to make HUGE sacrifices. They didn’t sacrifice so we could get complacent and put it on cruise control.
- Most great churches don’t even reach their launch size until about 4 years. We blew that away just 22 weeks into this!
- Do we want to be the largest church ever? Nope. That’s not even close to what drives us! We simply want to reach every person we are called and equipped to reach. And we will do whatever it takes to see that happen. Even if we tick off some casual, complacent, consumeristic Christians along the way
- Are we obsessed with growth? NOPE. Are we obsessed with health? YEP. Are we obsessed with life change? YEP. Are we obsessed with Jesus and people experiencing Jesus? YEP!
Why are we obsessed with numbers?

This is so great to hear, I can’t even tell you! I am so proud of everyone! I keep bragging to people down here about Catalyst; I am so annoying, I’m sure! But whatever, I am just in love with my church!
I love it~
