This Easter we have a HUGE vision for our church and our community. One of the things we have planned, is the BIGGEST Easter Egg Hunt in the history of Connecticut.

WHAT:

• Helicopter dropping thousands of plastic eggs on a field
• 40,000 eggs filled with candy and prizes (everyone will leave with tons of eggs)
• Screaming kids having the time of their lives!
• Parents and children leaving with huge smiles in awe that a church would do this for them and show this kind of Crazy Love
• When people consider and/or look for a church, they will feel comfortable walking through the doors of Catalyst Church, knowing we care about them!
• Random prizes (TV, Wii, iPod, etc). We want to give everyone a reason to show up. We serve an over-the-top God, we are an over-the-top church, and we want to show over-the-top love to our community!
• Bounce houses and inflatable games.
• Flyers, invites and yard signs to let the community know that this crazy event is happening!

Over the next few days, I am going to let everyone know the crazy ideas we have for this Easter. I’ll tell you why we are doing this, and I’ll let you know exactly what part you can play in all of this!

For now, would you SERIOUSLY begin to PRAY like never before! As I write this, there are many things Im not even sure will work out. There are several HUGE obstacles. NONE of which are too big for God and God’s people, BUT we do have to work, PRAY, and do the possible BEFORE God will do the impossible!
